Chaparral Software & Consulting Services, Inc. today released Brushfire 2.1 for Macintosh OS X and Windows.
Brushfire 2.1 adds substantial new features, improved analysis tools while retaining blazing fast performance.

Chaparral Software Releases EZxslt 1.5.3 Update
Chaparral Software & Consulting Services, Inc. has released an update for EZxslt, bringing it to version 1.5.3.
EZxslt is an automatic stylesheet generator designed for use with FileMaker Pro databases and Microsoft Word documents.
The update features improved Table handing, better international support, and a few bug fixes and minor enhancements.

Brushfire 2 for Windows Released
Chaparral Software & Consulting Services, Inc. today released Brushfire 2 for Windows.
Brushfire 2 is the easiest to use and most complete version of Brushfire to date, while
retaining blazing fast performance. Brushfire 2 is now available for Macintosh OS X, Windows, and Macintosh Classic platforms.

FSA Partner Member The Support Group and FSA Associate Member Chaparral Software
are offering an in-depth two-day seminar on XML and FileMaker Pro. These hands-on
classes will be offered in Boston, New York and Los Angeles in fully-equipped training labs.
From explaining how FileMaker Pro handles XML to reviews of XSLT editors, this course is
designed for FileMaker developers, with a strong emphasis on real-world issues and techniques.
Chaparral owner Russell Kohn, publisher of the EZxslt and Brushfire developer tools, and noted
XML and FileMaker Pro expert, will lead the class.

California State University Fullerton, Department of Biological Sciences, selected
Chaparral to develop a database system that would allow the aggregation of student and assessment
data to support curriculum researchers explore the impact of curricula changes being made in the department.

William Morris Agency Music & Personal Appearances contract system in daily use by 120
agents and assistants in three offices.
Since 1991 Chaparral has provided database development and support services to
the William Morris Agency Music and Personal Appearances department. This large
department represents thousands of top artists and uses the music system intensively every
day to manage the tens of thousands of deals negotiated and tracked annually. This spring,
Chaparral successfully rolled out a major update to this system adding major new features
and capabilities.
